Dr. Angela Marick spent much of her life on the path towards achievement. It allowed her to attain many accomplishments such as graduating from Cornell University, becoming valedictorian of her class from Palmer College of Chiropractic, birthing two sons, initiating a chiropractic business and selling it to another talented chiropractor, blending a family, creating a coaching business, authoring a book about a season of her life’s journey, and so on.…
However, in 2019, she realized that going after the goals and achievements no longer felt meaningful, and she embarked on a powerful and intentional journey to go within her light and dark spaces to discover a loving and deep connection within herself and with others.
Today, she is a champion of empowerment, freedom, love, and authenticity. It is her utmost honor to hold space with another woman to support her in connecting with her own divine truth. She travels the world and engages with amazing experiences to learn more about who we are and why we are called here into this world, at this time.

On the surface, Sarah Stich is an accomplished small business owner. Sarah has established an outstanding wellness spa in the downtown Hanover area where she always ensures the satisfaction of her clients. However, if you delve deeper, you discover that Sarah truly cares about the physical, emotional and mental wellness of everyone with whom she comes in contact.
Sarah is an Adams County native, who grew up in and attended school in Littlestown, PA. Her family has been in the Hanover area for generations, and she always is proud of and embraces her small-town roots.
Sarah has always had a passion for helping others, a trait she embraced and utilized, to become, at first, a successful massage therapist. She then realized that she could assist more people in their wellness journey by creating an environment that she believed in: one where an individual’s wellness was the primary focus. So, seven years ago she took the chance and opened the doors to Just Wellness in the Hanover area, a business that has grown exponentially and has become well respected and well loved by its clientele.
In addition to her successful business acumen, Sarah is a loving wife and mother, as well as a passionate homesteader. She always strives to do the best for everyone she encounters, and only has plans to continue to do so.
Hi! My name is and I am the owner and designer of Primrose and Harp Floral Design. I specialize in weddings and events in south central PA. I have a pop up shop located in Hanover that is open for special holidays and events where I teach floral classes and hold wedding consults.
I have a bachelors degree in criminal justice and worked over a decade with victims of domestic violence and sexual assault in York County. I’ve been designing flowers for a little over 20 years mainly on the weekends doing special event work while working at the District Attorney’s office, it was a great balance to the difficult work.
I’m married to my high school sweetheart and in 2015 we had a precious baby girl Harper Mae. Primrose and Harp is named after her.
When she was 3 years old, I knew I needed to make a change. I needed to be home with her, and my side flower business was almost a full time second job at that point. So in 2019 after a LOT of prayer I took a huge leap of faith and started my own business.
It’s been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made and I love what I do!

Tanya Pershin is the best selling author of the book: “MOM”ing. She is a wife of over twenty years and a mom to two very active teenage boys. Three years ago she found herself frustrated to the point of tears. She could not get anything right. Parenting was not intuitive, there was no instruction manual, and apparently no other moms were struggling like she was. She continuously asked, “Why won’t my teenagers listen to me? Why can’t I influence them? What have I done wrong!?”
She reached a breaking point. Sometimes you need to have a breakdown to have a breakthrough. She went on a three year intensive journey that she is still on today to learn from the best parents, find empowering meanings despite the challenges, and finally get this “MOM”ing thing right! In her book “MOM”ing: It’s Not All Sparkles and Tutus, she is H.O.T. (honest, open, transparent) and shares lessons that have gotten her through the exhaustion and fears of “MOM”ing and she provides hope to other moms who are also struggling in their “MOM”ing journey.
In addition to “MOM”ing and being an author, Tanya is also the visionary behind Player’s Fitness and Performance’s renowned Guest Experience Formula, which is continuing to revolutionize the way customer service is done in the fitness industry. Her passion to serve, entertain, and make customers smile has led to the creation of the world class Guest Experience at PFP.
Tanya is full of life, unending energy, passion and curiosity. She is a God-loving, growth seeking and a perfectly imperfect mom and wife!
We are in this together!
