NEW! Payment of fees process:
As with everything else in our world, payment of tuition fees is changing. Until we can open our lobby, here are the methods you can use to pay your fees. As before, fees are due the Friday before the week of service.
• MyProcare Online is by far the most convenient way to pay: https://www.myprocare.com/ See attached for instructions. (If needed see Louis Mart for assistance)
• Call us during open hours for credit card by phone at 717-637-2125
• For cash or check payments – put them in an envelope and place in the mailbox located on the pillar by front door. Please do not hand to a teacher: they are not be able to accept it.
School Age Learning Academy (grades K-6) fees for the weeks of 5/11, 5/18, 5/25 and will be $138 a week for all students. CCIS and YWCA Financial Assistance apply to qualified families. On 6/1/2020 Camp Phoenix begins for those enrolled.
If you have questions about payments, please contact Louis Mart, Client Services Manager, at lmart@ywcahanover.org
