Join a group of ladies twice a week for a general fitness class while also offering spiritual support to one another, offering prayers, and enjoying Christian music while working out with faith leader/instructor Ched Lawrence. The group meets every Monday and Wednesday from 9-9:45am in the gym of the YWCA. Admission is free but a goodwill offering is available and appreciated.” Enjoy a light workout including walking, floor exercises, and standing exercise/movement activities.
